Dr Anton Kern
Dr Kern is Director of the prehistory department at Naturhistorisches Museum, Wien, and of excavations at Hallstatt (the site of many important prehistoric textiles). He is an expert in prehistoric Europe, has a strong record of international collaboration and a good publication record. He is a member of the Textiles Research Team. He supervises a PhD researcher working on Central European textiles and facilitates access to material, contributes to CinBA events, publications and other disseminations.
